As a child, I could hear and see things that others did not. Sharing this information was not permitted so I learned to suppress it and keep it to myself. In 1990, I experienced a horrific car accident, which I have no recollection of, and my life changed. I kept having mini-episodes of dying that only occurred just as I would nod off to sleep or while I was already asleep. I would be taken to a place of pure white light and then I would be jolted back into my body causing me to sit straight up feeling every part of me and making sure I was still alive. Along with that, I would have episodes of internal tremors or vibrations running through my body. Neurologists couldn't find anything unusual and all the tests proved nothing. I eventually accepted that I was experiencing a change, but I did not know WHAT KIND of change or what to call it. I soon took an interest in all kinds of alternative healing: homeopathy, acupuncture, Reiki, herbs, etc. but I was also juggling the financial and time constraints of single-parenthood. Most of my energy went into raising my wonderful son and my studies to become a teacher.
Even though I have a Master of Arts in Teaching and for 18 years I dedicated my life to being a middle school public education teacher, I found myself being pulled in another direction but I wasn't quite sure where I was headed. I was ignoring the urge to leave my career, while my health was paying the price of staying. The STRESS of it was taking a toll on me. I suffered from adrenal fatigue syndrome, IBS, leaky gut syndrome, hormonal imbalances, migraines, fibroid tumors, ovarian cysts, anxiety, panic attacks, numerous injuries, and several surgeries. I wasn't making the connection between the level of stress I had from my career and the DIS-ease I was experiencing. I equated it to "bad luck" in this lifetime. But really...how long could I ignore it?
Well, Spirit didn't want me to continue ignoring it. Spirit knows how to get my attention and likes to send me images when delivering messages. Well, one day a giant white wall appeared and I knew I was getting a message. It was the biggest white wall I have ever seen. I could see nothing else and I couldn't go through it, over it, or around it. I could only turn around, walk away, and finally act on my calling. No matter how many times I asked for a sign, guidance, a message...I got the wall! That is when I made the decision to resign and was guided to A.W.A.K.E.
I earned my certification as an Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner trained in Theta Healing, NLP, EMI, Hypnosis, Timeline Therapy, Chakra Clearing & Balancing, and many other healing modalities through the AWAKE program, The Academy of Wealth Alchemy and Kinetic Energy, created by Dr. Rebecca Sullivan. I also hold certifications in Somatic Breathwork, Usui Reiki, Soul Speak, (created by Julia Cannon, daughter of Dolores Cannon, a hypnotherapist specializing in past life regression), QHHT - Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and Sound Healing.

What is a Theta Healing session?
Theta Healing is a powerful technique that combines science and spirituality to identify and instantly transform blocks, fears, programs, and traumas that cause dis-ease emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Theta is the state of mind where you can create everything and change reality instantly. Theta State is a state of very deep relaxation; it is used in hypnosis and during REM Sleep. Theta brain waves can be considered the subconscious. They govern the part of our mind that lies between the conscious and the unconscious, retain memories and feelings, and also direct your beliefs and your behavior. Theta waves are always creative, characterized by feelings of inspiration, and very spiritual.

Theta Healing and Blended Healing

All Theta Healing sessions are 75-90 minutes. Click on the session or package to schedule.
💫Star Planting Session (75-90 minute session) = $150
💫Star Germination - Monthly Package of 4 sessions = $500
(Preferably 1 session a week for a month or as needed.)
💫Star Harvesting - Yearly Package of 12 sessions total = $1500
This yearly package works best for those seeking to work through recurring issues, trauma, or repeated patterns. We would meet monthly for an entire year or twice a month for 6 months. It can also be structured on an as-needed basis. All 12 sessions must be used within 1 year from purchase.
Reiki and Chakra Balancing
Feeling stuck and drained? Are you going through life on autopilot instead of truly being present? Reiki offers a way to tap into the Universal Energy that surrounds and resides within you, using the hands to channel healing energy into specific areas of the body. This practice can be done in person or remotely, sending positive energy across time and space to facilitate healing. By introducing this positive energy into your system, your body's vibrations begin to align with the higher frequency of the Reiki energy, allowing for healing to begin.
Your body has seven major energy gateways known as Chakras, which absorb energy from the Universe for your body to use. When these energy centers become blocked, it can lead to disease, emotional pain, or spiritual distress. Through clearing and balancing these energy centers, we can get your energy flowing freely once again, aligning your body and spirit to improve your overall well-being. Let's work together to help you feel better fast!

Somatic Breathwork ™
Trust in the intrinsic and unique healing intelligence of the breather!
Somatic Breathwork™ is designed to remove and clear any blockages, trauma, stress, and stuck energy in your body by using circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release. Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world. Once you clear out the blocks, you will get clarity in life, and feel better physically and mentally.
If you are new to breathwork, I recommend titrating your system and starting with the 30-minute Integrative sessions offered below.

Integrative Breathwork
These sessions are great if you are new to breathwork.
Integrative breathing uses breath patterns for a short length of time. It's a great way to integrate breathwork into a busy schedule. Integrative breathing is useful for resetting the body and clearing out stuck emotions linked to fears and limitations while shifting energy in our conscious living state. Integrative breathing can be done lying down or sitting up.

Meditative Breathwork
Meditative breathing utilizes breath patterns for a longer length of time. Meditative breathing can be intense and powerfully healing. The intent is to allow the body to shift and move into altered states of consciousness giving us access to healing that we otherwise wouldn't be able to achieve. This breathing is done lying down.

Theta healing uses the energy of the Source or Creator to do the healing. Accessing the power of the theta state enables you to access your subconscious so you can instantly reprogram those negative subconscious beliefs, thoughts, and emotions.
